Olde School Artistry was born out of a desire to learn and share traditional skills and knowledge. As a mom, I have always tried to find opportunities for my kids to learn any skill they are interested in. This hasn’t always been easy. While there are many online resources, we believe that in-person, hands-on learning is the best way to grow in knowledge, skill, and supportive community.

Olde School Artistry was created to facilitate learning opportunities for various fiber arts, woodworking, basketry, and any other traditional crafts we can. We will connect those who want to learn with skilled teachers through our classes and events.

Our main focus is on introducing people of all ages to traditional craft skills and a deeper knowledge of natural fibers. We hope to connect students who wish to continue advancing in their learning beyond our teaching, with others in the community that are focused on their craft of interest. Join us to build a craft community where everyone has access to learning.
