We’ve decided to try a different format for our Introduction to Crochet classes, so hopefully it will be easier for you to attend. We will schedule classes on various days and you can register for any or all of them.
In these classes, students will learn the foundational elements of crochet, including tools, basic stitches (chain, single crochet, double crochet), how to count stitches, and how to read patterns. From there, personalized learning will continue to progress with each student.
No prior crochet experience necessary. One crochet hook and yarn will be provided in your first class.

Are you interested in learning how to spin wool into yarn using a portable and affordable tool? A drop spindle is a great way to start your spinning journey.

Amigurumi is the art of crocheting stuffed animals and other creations. These days you can easily find patterns for animals, dolls, food, plants, and just about anything else you can think of. With the combination of a few stitches and techniques, you will be well on your way to creating stuffies of your own.
This class is for students already confident in basic crochet skills. If you are new to crochet, please take our introductory crochet classes first.
